一 |       北京8月20日电（记者周圆）记者20日获悉，工业和信息化部日前批复浙江时空道宇科技有限公司开展卫星物联网业务商用试验，试验期为两年。这是卫星物联网业务进一步扩大向民营开放的重要举措。

二 |     New Delhi, Oct 10 (UNI) India is deeply concerned at the escalation of the conflict in Ukraine, including at the targeting of infrastructure and deaths of civilians, the Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said.

Responding to media queries on escalation of conflict in Ukraine, the official spokesperson reiterated that escalation of hostilities is in no one’s interest.

"We urge immediate cessation of hostilities and the urgent return to the path of diplomacy and dialogue. India stands ready to support all such efforts aimed at de-escalation," he said.

India has consistently maintained since the beginning of the conflict that the global order is anchored in the principles of the UN Charter, international law and respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity of all states, Bagchi added.

Meanwhile, External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar also held broad ranging discussion on Ukraine conflict and its impact on Indo Pacific region with Australian counterpart Penny Wong.

We have discussed Ukraine and its repercussions in the Indo Pacific region, the minister said addressing a joint press conference with his Australian counterpart after the two leaders held the 13th India-Australia Foreign Ministers' Framework Dialogue in Canberra.

三 | 组织开展卫星物联网业务商用试验有利于推动卫星物联网形成规模效应，构建规范有序、协同发展、优势互补、合作共赢的发展格局。

四 | 此次商用试验批复有助于激发民营经济活力，支持商业航天发展，培育新质生产力，建设现代化产业体系。　  下一步，工业和信息化部将统筹发展和安全，进一步优化卫星通信市场准入，强化全链条监管与安全保障，促进我国卫星通信产业高质量发展。

五 |   工业和信息化部于2025年11月启动卫星物联网业务商用试验；今年5月，批复北京国电高科科技有限公司开展卫星物联网业务商用试验，试验期为两年。
